Welcome to Wayu Connect, a Progressive Web Application (PWA) designed to facilitate community connections and services centered around Religious Place. By using Wayu Connect, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

By registering and using Wayu Connect, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the application.
2. User Registration and Accounts

Registration: Users must provide a valid mobile number to register. This number will serve as your login ID. Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and update such information to keep it accurate and complete.
3. Family Tree and Personal Information
Family Tree: Users can build and manage their family trees. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Privacy: Information about family members, business details, and other personal data should be shared with caution. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from the sharing of such information.
4. Matrimony Services
Users can indicate if a family member requires matrimony services. The responsibility for the accuracy of the information and any decisions made based on this information lies with the user.
5. Business Information and Marketplace
Business Info: Users can provide business information and engage with the in-built marketplace. Marketplace Transactions: Wayu Connect is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or availability of products or services listed in the marketplace. All transactions are the sole responsibility of the buyer and seller.
6. Messages, Notifications, and Donations
Users will receive daily messages, notifications, and donation requests from the Religious Place with which they are connected. By registering, you consent to receive these communications.
7. Data Security and Privacy
Data Protection: We implement reasonable measures to protect user data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Data Use: We may use your data to improve our services and for research purposes. We will not sell your personal data to third parties without your consent.
8. Prohibited Activities
Hacking and Tampering: Any attempt to hack, tamper with, or disrupt the application is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Misuse of Information: Users must not misuse or exploit information available on Wayu Connect for illegal or unethical purposes.
